Service Description

Energy work is ideal if you keep coming up against the same roadblocks . You know the ones that resurface no matter how much thinking, therapy or work you've already done. Energy work offers a different approach. Instead of working with the mind, we work directly with your energy field which turn flows through to your mind and body. In session, I guide you into a beautiful meditative visualisation, and from there, you simply rest and relax while I work with your energy field at a distance, clearing stuck or unresolved energy from your auric field, chakras and meridians. If relevant, this can include past life and ancestral ties, soul contracts, karmic cords, or anything left unresolved that's carried over and affecting you in this lifetime. Many people notice physical sensations during a session ie warmth, tingling, a sense of release. Some may need a some integration time and notice the shift in the days after. We then take time together to talk through what came up during the healing, so you leave with clarity and understanding for what shifted. Sessions are held online via Zoom and run for 75 minutes.
